Manuscript and Book Proposal Submissions:
Although we receive more than two hundred submissions each year, we will only publish ten to fifiteen books in 2008. That means that most manuscripts and marketing plans we review will not fit our publishing goals. Regardless, we pledge and promise to treat you and your manuscript with care and respect. 3 Palms Publshing Group values authors. We understand that your manuscript is more than just paper and words. We know that it represents your hard work and your dreams.

We generally want authors who have an extablished following/ network from previous publications, a popular blog or podcast, an ezine or regular newletter, and established consulitng practice, web-site etc... Authors should demonstrate their ability to use an established network and presence to market their book, generate buzz, and create immeadiate sales. Typical books will be nonfiction sales, leadership, motivation, inspiration, and self-help topics.
Include: Book Summary, Chapter Outline, 1-3 Sample Chapters or entire Manuscript, Author Bio, Web-site, and Marketing Plan. Your marketing plan should be detailed and well thought out. Authors carry the heaviest burden for generating book sales and we want to know specifically what you plan to do in order to market your book. We only accept submissions in digital format.

Authors should demonstrate their ability to use an established network and presence to market their book, generate buzz, and create immeadiate sales. Typical books will be Southern humor (fiction and almost non-fiction), Southern literature that will have wide appeal (we like short novels), and non-fiction Southern history that will have a wide appeal.
